Yoga Tune Up® + Roll Model Method®

As Oklahoma's first certified Yoga Tune Up® instructor, Shelby Williams teaches according to the fitness therapy format developed by Jill Miller according to the three Ps – Pain, Posture, and Performance. The Yoga Tune Up® system combines yoga, corrective exercises, self-massage, and breath exercises to augment standard yoga practices and encourage mobility.

Shelby incorporates The Roll Model Method®, a self-care fitness format using Roll Model® balls to perform therapeutic self-myofascial release, or self-massage. Each ball type is designed to target specific body areas and provide exactly the amount of pressure required for your individual needs.
